Accommodation consists of two semi-detached dwellings which can be booked individually or together (for large groups).

Big House:

The big house comfortably sleeps seven people. It consists of a large kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom and three large bedrooms (two double bedrooms, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed which( can be made into 3 singles beds if need be). All bedrooms are en-suite.

Small House:

The small house comfortably sleeps four people. It consists of a large kitchen/living room, a bathroom, one en-suite bedroom with two twin bed , and one double bedroom which can be separate into (2 singles beds if need be) with a shower but no bathroom.

• The houses are located in a quiet and peaceful part of the island and are central to all amenities, two minutes’ walk to the Dolphin Hotel and Restaurant, ten minutes from the pier and ten minutes from the East End Beach
• Towels and linen provided.
• The houses are available all year round, for long and short term letting, subject to availability
• Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
• Arrival time is 3pm – departure time is 11am
• Transport to and from the boat is provided free
• Each house is equipped with all mod cons including washing machine, dryer, tv, iron, hair dryer etc.
• Each house has central heating, a solid fuel stove and solar panels to heat water
• A cot and highchair can be provided on request
• No dogs except guide dogs are allowed
• No smoking allowed, tenants are asked not to remove smoke alarms
• Electricity oil and gas are metered and charged at cost. A bag of coal costs sixteen euros and a bale of peat briquettes costs four euros, delivery is free
• It would be greatly appreciated if tenants could leave the cottages in a clean and tidy condition when departing. Please notify me of any breakages or damage.
• A 50% deposit secures the cottage for the dates you require. This can be sent to the address below. The balance is due on arrival.
