Inishbofin is proud to be the home to many talented craftsmen and craftswomen. The island women have always been well known for their knitting and weaving. You can find local fresh bread and other baked goods in the local shop, the restaurants and the honesty boxes around the island. Crafts such as Inishbofin inspired and local handmade pottery, paintings, and jewellery are also available on the island. Or maybe you’ll want to take part in a flower arrangement workshop and create a beautiful bouquet from locally grown, organic flowers.

Visit the Community Centre or the Heritage Museum gift shops for a variety of local crafts from talented islanders, or stop by at the Garden Gate near East End for Bofin Weaves products (check opening times).
